Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Integrated Service Center Technician - Evening or Mid Shift on a long term contract providing Enterprise Management services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support Multisourcing Service Integration capabilities to ensure the successful Integration and Operations of the IC, Managed Service Providers, and Legacy Service Providers. The right candidate will possess the belowskills and qualificationsand be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.Provides first level support for inbound incidents and Service RequestsProvide front line phone and email support related to system and application issuesHigh comfort level working with technology at a fast paceAbility to quickly route issues according to issue type and severityGood communication skills over the phone (polite, good listener, able to dissect customer descriptions into root problems to begin troubleshooting)The ability to multi-task, specifically focused with creating support tickets in a web-based CRM and troubleshoot while speaking to someone on the phoneThis position is open for a Mid or Evening Shift Technician:Shift will be 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am - Sun - Thurs, Mon - Fri or Tue - SatClearance Required:TS/SCI with CI polyDegree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of experience in Help Desk support and/or networkingDesiredCertifications: CompTia Security+CompTia A+CompTia Server+CompTia Network+HDI Customer Help Desk AnalystMicrosoft Office SpecialistRequired Skills: Customer service and/or support experience working in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Call Center environment is preferredExperience working with Help Desk ticketing tools and knowledge base resourcesAbile Group, Inc. was formed in July 2004 to partner with the Intelligence Community and their Contractors in the areas of Enterprise Analytics & Performance Management, IT & Systems Engineering and Program & Project Management.
