Description Job Description:LEIDOS is seeking a C4ISR Analyst to support a client's requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. This position is part of a team of Senior Subject Matter Experts providing analytic expertise in the area of launch vehicle and missile analyses, satellite technology and C4ISR analyses. -Primary ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. - The C4ISR analyst will conduct analyses on decision making communication networks and advise the customer analysts of the equipment, and infrastructure associated with such systems.The C4ISR Analyst will also be adept at mentoring junior colleagues and will be expected to present training courses and talks to both general and technical audiences on occasion.Basic QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree with 12 years minimum is required, an advanced degree is preferred.Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.Experience or knowledge of domestic and/or foreign command and control systems, and/or military communication and information systems is required for this job.Preferred QualificationsFifteen or more years experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in working with at least one of the following areas: 1. communication technologies: (fiber-optic, radio, cellular, satellite); 2. computer networks; 3. hardware and software that support decision-making.Pay Range:Pay Range $128,050.00 - $197,000.00 - $265,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only -and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
