Summary
The MIL Corporation is looking for an Intermediate Financial
Analyst (Financial Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a
government client in Chantilly, VA. This person will report to the
client site location 5 days/week. An Active Top Secret clearance is
required.
Responsibilities
Provide project management support, to include communications,
project planning and tracking from project inception through
implementation
Ability to analyze detailed finance and accounting processes to
identify improvement opportunities and promote efficiency and
compliance. Ability to develop business process documentation and
related guidance
Provide support to a dynamic client, supporting business process
improvement to address government-wide or client-defined
objectives
Facilitate process improvement efforts across a variety of
financial management, operational, and system stakeholders
Evaluate and document existing processes
Perform technical writing to support development of operating
procedures and develop formal written communications
Required Qualifications
5 years of financial analyst, budget formulation and budget
execution experience
Active Top-Secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, education
requirement may be waived if the candidate has 8 or more years of
experience
Desired Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills for key
stakeholders interactions

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as
qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this
position, the projected compensation range is $79,000.00 -
$89,000.00 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary
range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation
package.
