Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an IBM SAP BASIS Technical Lead you are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.Serves as Lead to provide business technical and personnel management to subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as SAP Basis, DBA, Tivoli Architecture, Cyber and FISCAM. Schedules and assigns work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements.Ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Reports orally and in writing to the SPM and government representatives.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseMinimum 10 years of SAP enterprise COTS implementationMinimum 5 years of BASIS or Technical Architecture and knowledge of ABAP Development and post production support experience10 years of technical experience managing SAP systemsRequires knowledge of available infrastructure related system software system integration techniques network managementDemonstrable experience with contemporary project management toolsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. 4 years of SAP BASIS or equivalent COTS experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance - no dual citizenship - US Citizenship requiredPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work with MS Office products PowerPoint, Excel, Word, VisioFederal experience DoD experience Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architecturesAt Least 5 years of ERP specific experienceAbout Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
