Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Description: The successful candidate will have some knowledge in deploying architecture information using applying Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches and enabling tools and techniques to support GEOINT enterprise sytems engineering and integration activites from an architecture perspective. Candidate should also have knowledge of architecture analysis on large GEOINT architecture and engineering data sets using industry best practices and tools. Specific task responsibilities may include: Identification, development and assessment of alternative architecture solutions to more efficiently and effectively solve enterprise engineering and integration problems using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches Identification and extraction of architecture data sets to support enterprise engineering meta-modeling and modeling activities Development and deployment of graph data store queries and statistical algorithms against to identify patterns, trends and issues in both architecture data sets to support enterprise engineering and IT acquisition planning and decision making functions Outreach and engagement with industry, academia and other Government agencies and programs involved with the use and development of emerging MBSE approaches methods and techniques Development of architectural assessments, presentations, white papers and other analyses, as required Communication of architecture concepts and demonstrate value to customers not versed in architecture principles Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent 1 to 5 years in Systems Engineering or related field Understanding of the the Systems Engineering "V" complete lifecycle Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently execute work tasks in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment Superior interpersonal, written and communications skills with the ability to interface with different personalities in a range of positions, including many at very senior levels. Desired Qualifications: MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Experience with IC, NSG or NGA operations (including mission partners) Experience in architecture development and analysis (Preferablly DoDAF), requirements and Interfaces analysis Development of analytical algorithms using R or Python Knowledge of MBSE approaches, methods and techniques applied to the development of integration of enterprise and system level architecture products Systems modeling and analysis using SysML or UPDM Experience with any of the following MBSE tools: MagicDraw, CAMEO, CORE, Innoslate, IBM Rhapsody, Unicom System Architect Knowledge of graph data stores and querying technologies Knowledge and understanding of the GEOINT ground systems INCOSE Certification Working knowledge of agile engineering principles, Scrum agile, or SAFe Agile methodologies Options
