Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agent Sales and Training
Representative (Medicare).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for agents interested in the Medicare
platform, providing personalized support and training
Conduct one-on-one training sessions and guide agents through the
Medicare platform
Collaborate with teams to establish referral processes and log
interactions to ensure accurate tracking of agent progress
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales, customer support, or training
role
Experience in or exposure to Medicare brokerage and sales
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
Bonus: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Bonus: Health Insurance License and AHIP Certification
