About the Role We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Country Group Sales Manager (Textiles) to drive sales and support both direct accounts and authorized distribution channels. This remote position is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building relationships, developing strategy, and leading teams. If you’re ready to take ownership of a high-impact sales territory and mentor others, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets. Prospect and secure new accounts within the designated territory. Manage distribution channels to maintain and grow business volume and profitability. Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, training, and administrative responsibilities. Set strategy, train sales personnel, and set pricing for authorized distributors. Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences. Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends. Monitor and report on competitive activity. Troubleshoot product-related issues and handle customer inquiries. Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts, track projects, and document sales activities. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development. Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or 4 years of related experience. 10 years of field-related experience (preferred). ERP experience (preferred). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
