At Marvin, we are seeking a talented and creative InHome Design Consultant to join our Sales & Business Development team. With a focus on delivering exceptional design solutions for our customers, this role involves personalized consultations, tailoring our bespoke windows and doors to meet specific client needs. By leveraging your deep understanding of design aesthetics and functionality, as well as your sharp sales acumen, you will enhance living spaces while driving our mission of innovation and quality. Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and preferences. Design and propose customized window and door solutions that align with Marvin's standards and client expectations. Build strong relationships with clients, providing high-level customer service and follow-up. Collaborate with the production team to ensure design specifications are met. Stay updated on the latest design trends and Marvin's product offerings. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team and company goals. Strong sense of aesthetics and functional design Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong sales skills with the ability to close contracts Medical Insurance 401k Certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) is a plus Any sales certification or training relevant to the home design industry
