Job DescriptionWe are a growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team.You will own the entire sales cycle with support from our marketing, engineering, and customer support teams. You will respond to inbound and outbound leads assigned to you, demo our solution via the web, and identify new opportunities within your assigned accounts. While you are starting out, you will also be expected to do some prospecting to gain a solid understanding of our target market.To be successful, you must develop and maintain a healthy pipeline, prioritize your efforts and close business to consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets. You are also expected to use social selling to spark engagement and build relationships with our target audience, leading to increased deals. As part of the sales process, you will also be expected to develop and present sales material, proposals and pricing to potential customers and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape to effectively differentiate our product's key benefits. In order to effectively demonstrate our value proposition, you must be able to identify and understand a customer's pain points and show how our software can be used to address their needs. In other words, you must use a consultative approach.To continue to earn our customers' business, you will work closely with our customer support team to ensure our customers' long-term success using our products and services.Compensation and BenefitsYou will be paid a base salary (commensurate with experience), plus commission with the potential to earn over $100K in your second year.We offer a highly competitive benefits package, including:Health and Dental Insurance18 Paid-Time-Off days in your first yearPaid Holidays401(k)Group Life, STD, LTDResponsibilities:Respond to inbound and outbound leads assigned to you and schedule software demosBecome proficient with our software and servicesProspect and contact potential customersReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsUpdate sales materials, proposals, and pricing to present to customersMaintain all activities, notes and opportunity status in our CRM systemQualifications:At least 2 years experience in B2B software salesExperience with a consultative/complex sales approachExcellent sales presentation and business writing skillsStrong business acumen and judgment for identifying, evaluating, developing, and closing sales opportunitiesHighly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience developing executive customer relationships and working with multiple levels within an organizationA competitive spirit and a winning attitude is a mustCompany DescriptionDevensoft is a company with entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
