The Child Caregiver will be responsible for providing nurturing care and supervision to children in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of the children while promoting their physical, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities: - Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and encourage development. - Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children. - Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences. - Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing and dressing. - Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in care and follow their instructions regarding routines and schedules. - Monitor children’s behavior and report any concerns or issues to the parents or supervisor. - Maintain a tidy and organized environment, including cleaning up after meals and activities. - Accompany children to appointments or activities outside the home as needed. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Child Caregiver, Babysitter, or similar role is preferred. - Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. - Ability to interact effectively and positively with children. - CPR and First Aid certification preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in early childhood education is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate.
