This position is responsible for preparing all food items according
to prep sheets and standardized recipes with speed and consistency

asterisk are essential functions of this job): /n /n - /n Preparing
all food items according to prep sheets and standardized recipes
with speed and consistency of quality /n /n - /n Cooking, plating,
garnishing, and expediting food /n /n - /n Maintaining
communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to
the guests /n /n - /n Using safe food handling procedures /n /n -
/n Helping to develop daily specials /n /n - /n Assisting with
training /n /n - /n Ensuring that all work areas remain clean and
organized /n /n - /n Ensuring that all food products are stored
properly /n /n - /n Assist Kitchen Manager with maintaining
accurate inventory levels /n /n - /n Completing other duties as
assigned /n /n /n Qualifications: /n /n - /n Must be at least 18
years of age or older /n /n - /n Must have minimum two years
industry experience as a Cook /n /n - /n Ability to exhibit proper
food handling procedures in accordance with Pennsylvania
regulations and obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days /n /n
- /n Ability to maintain certification as a Certified Trainer
and/or obtain certification within 90 days /n /n /n Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities: /n /n - /n Average to above knife skills /n
/n - /n Must demonstrate sound decision making (no disciplinary
actions in the past 6 months) /n /n - /n Ability to follow and
troubleshoot recipes/menu items with little or no difficulty /n /n
- /n Ability to efficiently set up and maintain workstation /n /n -
/n Ability to demonstrate the outlet style of cuisine through food
tasting and preparation /n /n - /n Ability to handle average
amounts of prep work /n /n - /n Ability to work all stations with
little or no difficulty and minimal assistance /n /n - /n Ability
to work with position, supportive attitude, skill, speed, and
cleanliness /n /n /n Job Demands: /n /n - /n Flexible schedule
required with availability for any shift; including days, evenings,
split shifts, weekends and holidays /n /n - /n Must meet a minimum
of 1950 hours annually (37.5 hours avg. per week) /n /n - /n
Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time and
ability to lift at least 40 pounds /n /n - /n Must be comfortable
working in temperature variations /n /n - /n Proper footwear must
